A $50 rideshare fare

Trips quoted before 1 May 2026 settle at the previous rate. The system snapshots the rate to the trip at quote time.

Cancellation Fee (Rideshare)

No-Show Fee

OZ Ride may waive a fee where the cancellation arose from a platform issue or other reasonable circumstance.

Taxi

Taxi service

Taxi fares are determined by the meter operating under the WA Department of Transport's regulated taxi fare schedule. The estimate shown in the rider app is indicative; the meter is authoritative.

For taxi payments by Stripe Tap-to-Pay or hosted payment link, a Service Fee applies in addition to the metered fare. Cash trips do not attract a Service Fee. Configuration is in the Payment Terms clause 5.

Refunds

Refunds

If a trip is materially deficient (the driver took a substantially-longer-than-necessary route, the vehicle was unsafe, the driver behaved improperly), request a refund within 7 days. We respond within 7 business days.
