From 1 May 2026, the platform fee is 14% of the fare excluding the booking fee. You keep 86% — substantially more than the 70-75% you keep on Uber, Bolt, or DiDi after their commission. The full mechanics are in the Payment Terms.
Weekly. We cut off at end of Sunday Australian Western Standard Time and Stripe initiates the payout to your nominated bank account on the following Tuesday. Settlement typically lands 1–2 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Yes. As an independent contractor, you operate your own business. If you don't supply a valid ABN, the ATO requires us to withhold tax at the no-ABN rate (currently 47%). Get an ABN before you onboard — it's free at abr.gov.au.
Compulsory Third Party (CTP) attached to your vehicle's WA registration plus comprehensive vehicle insurance with a passenger-transport endorsement and public liability cover of at least AUD 20 million. The full requirement is listed in the Driver Service Agreement clause 6.
Yes — one app, two modes. You need a current PTD authorisation for both. For taxi work, your vehicle additionally needs a current PTV authorisation and you need to be a member in good standing of our ODBS.
No. The 14% platform fee is flat. We do not raise the platform fee at peak times, on long trips, or by vehicle category.
Complete the current trip safely. The system blocks further dispatch automatically until your status is restored. The rule is in the Driver Service Agreement clause 7.3.
Most commercial passenger transport policies cover work across multiple platforms. Check your policy schedule. The Compliance Status check we run looks for a current passenger-transport-endorsed comprehensive policy — it doesn't care which platforms you also drive on.
