Structure

Two brands, two entities

The OZ Ride rideshare and taxi services are contracted under OZ Ride Pty Ltd (ABN 52 694 735 487). The advertising service — including the Player Tablet network and the Advertiser Portal — is contracted under OOHAi Media Pty Ltd. Drivers and Riders interact with OZ Ride; advertisers interact with OOHAi.

What OOHAi does

• Designs and operates the platform technology used by OZ Ride.
• Owns and runs the OOHAi advertising network — out-of-home and in-vehicle digital advertising in Perth.
• Builds and maintains the audience-measurement system that produces aggregated Audience Data without retaining raw imagery.
